The optometrist was very knowledgable and focussed during the appointment. I had a sense that this was a person who knew what they were doing. I did buy glasses at the end be warned Boots was not cheap for glasses.

my visit at Piccadilly Circus was very efficient and pleasant. I met three different staff and all of them where very helpful and easy to understand despite having no knowledge about these things (did a first eye test).

I couldn't fault the service I received at the Piccadilly store. Everyone from the greeting, the two optometrists and the farewell was superlative. Considering it is such a busy store, I was amazing at how fantastically they were all performing. Please make sure they get the kudos - assets to the Boots team. Peter Allott
